The sheer variety of dishes is enough to satisfy vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. The restaurant offers a great lunch buffet, and in the evening a more elegant feeling prevails. Diners tend to order several dishes -- say, a chicken and a lamb curry and a creamed spinach and another vegetable dish -- and then share them.
