I Can Lick Any Sonofabitch in the House
Wednesday, September 28; Off Broadway (3509 Lemp Avenue)
By Kristyn Pomranz
Published: September 28, 2005If you loved Tesla in 1990, you're guaranteed to love I Can Lick Any Sonofabitch in the House. On its aptly named Menace, this quintet lovingly marries hard rock with Americana, sounding as though it's going to trash the hotel room at the wedding reception. But be sure to strain your ears for the lyrics: The band's politics will heighten the pandemonium. And lucky for fans, the entire party's invited -- bring your beer and your angst, and smash that TV to the beat of the band's unapologetic anthems.
Show starts at 9 p.m. Wednesday, September 28. Tickets are $5; call 314-773-3363 for more information.
