You listed the fun stuff very well. But it is mostly small stuff when compared to other cities. Twilight Tuesdays, opera on a university campus, free Shakespeare on a hill under a museum — small, comfortable stuff. St. Louis used to be a big destination over holiday weekends — when we offered the big stuff. Ed Golterman, Kirkwood

Imus laughs hardest when he is the object of supposed cruel and hateful remarks. Most remarks directed toward him have to do with wishes of his eminent demise; how old and feeble he is; his tasteless manner of dress; that Terry Bradshaw would like the hand of the beautiful Deirdre, his wife, for her affection and her hard-won inheritance as soon as Imus dies; or the fact that he is simply an "a-hole." Also laughable is that liberals think he is a conservative and conservatives think he is liberal! I believe in his honesty and sincerity, and I believe that he has tried to "make things right." The Rutgers women's basketball team has forgiven him; they were the offended parties. I am very proud of these young women. They show us that the future of this country is in better hands than ours. Outrage and pissed off with what Joe Edwards threw my signature/vote for Mickey Carroll to recieve the star for the Walk of Fame of St. Lovis.

I am outrage and tick off when I read that Joe Edward had threwn my nomination/petition form signature away. Whom is Joe Edward, judge, jury to threw away the votes of people here in St. Louis and other states. These people were surprised that Micky Carroll has not recieve the Walk of Fame star for here St.Louis. No wonder since what I read about what Joe Edwards did! Why didn't Mr. Edwards just forward the nominatikon/petitions information to the committee which elects the people. I know for a fact there is more then 5000 signatures/votes were mailed to Joe Ewards. So what happens to the signatures that he threw away. Why didn't Mr. Edwards just do his job. Check into Mickey Carroll crenditioning and Mr. Edward would of seen that Mickey Carroll should of gotten his star years ago. So what will Mr. Edwards do with the 500 other nomination/petitions forms that were collected at the City of Crestwood. The Mayor and others had personly signed.m Mr. Edwards, I cant forgive you for what you did!
