You all may think that the entirety of Ms. Day's life is fabulous, but she's going to let you in on a little secret: Within the confines of her abode, she often spends entire Saturdays in her jammies in front of the TV. And we're not talking about Fergalicious g-l-a-m-o-r-o-u-s PJs either; she lounges around in ratty, old college T-shirts and sweats, just like you do. And what does she watch while wasting away in front of the television in these little ensembles? Clinton Kelly and Stacy London on TLC's What Not to Wear, of course! Oh, what they would say if they saw her! Oh, the fashion gems of wisdom! Good thing Day knows that Clinton will be at the Macy's at West County Center (I-270 and Manchester Road, Des Peres; www.shopwestcountycenter.com) today, so she doesn't accidentally wear one of these outfits out in public on a quick errand. Our fashion friend comes to town to host a runway show in the petites department, offer a style tutorial and give away a $500 shopping spree. You can join Day in benefiting from Clinton's spot-on wisdom beginning at 1 p.m. The event is free; call 314-966-0017 to RSVP.
